J.A.D.E. Services was established in 1993 as a service oriented company to provide the local industry with a highly skilled service center. The company had been contracted to undertake warranty repairs for the major importers of High End equipment who did not have their own workshop facilities, some of the brands were Wadia, Krell, Theta Digital., JRD design, Audio Alchemy, and many others.

During 1997 John Topham launched a range of speakers with the cabinets being built from Granite slabs under the name of Crystal Clear Acoustics. Because of very little support from the industry Topham decided to acquire his own competitive line of electronics which then was marketed along with the Speakers this being Electrocompaniet from Norway.

The manufacturing has since been discontinued and today J.A.D.E. Service only imports selected brands and supply to a small number of selected Retailers who have the expertise to sell these products.

All service needs are therefore supported in house and gives J.A.D.E. Service an advantage over their competitors. John Topham has been associated with the Audio Industry for some 35 years where his passion has been Music and music reproduction.
